Smiley Starlight is an up and coming own son of NRHA Million-Dollar Sire, Grays Starlight and out of cutting producer, Shortys Playgirl (by Shorty Lena). This colt is phenomenally bred on the bottom side of his pedigree as well, tracing back to Freckles Playboy and Doc O'Lena. Just as his name imples, this amiable young stallion lights up an arena with his presence. His performance in the show pen is proven and his career as a sire is just beginning. See Black-Type.

Smiley Starlight began his competitive career as a 5-year-old in 2006. He has achieved his Open Superior in Reining in less than 15 shows!  He currently has 81 points in AQHA Open Reining and over $5,700 NRHA earnings to date.  Highlights include:

• 2007 AQHA High-Point Senior Reining Reserve Champion
• 2007 AQHA Top Ten Horse Open Reining, 3rd Place
• 2007 RMRHA Summer Slide Derby Open and Intermediate Open co-Champion
